Agreement

By accessing and using this website and availing of the loan services provided by NOE Lending Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Borrower," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any loan application.

Loan Application and Approval

1. You must be a Filipino citizen, at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid government-issued ID to apply for a loan.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your loan application. The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided.
3. Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. The Company has the sole discretion to approve or reject any loan application based on its internal policies and risk assessment. We are not obligated to disclose the reasons for disapproval.
4. The loan amount granted will be determined by the Company based on its assessment of your creditworthiness and other relevant factors.

Loan Terms and Interest

1. The principal loan amount, the applicable interest rate, fees, and the repayment schedule will be disclosed to you in a separate Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement, which you will be required to review and agree to before the loan is disbursed.
2. The regular interest rate for loans is 2% flat per month. This rate will be applied to the principal loan amount for the duration of the loan term.
3. Late payment penalties may apply as specified in the Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
4. The Company reserves the right to change the interest rates and fees in the future, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Borrowers will be notified of any such changes.

Repayment

1. You agree to repay the principal loan amount, including the accrued interest and any applicable fees, according to the repayment schedule outlined in the Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
2. Payments must be made through the channels specified by the Company. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time and in the correct amount.
3. In case of default or failure to make timely payments, the Company reserves the right to exercise all available legal remedies, including but not limited to the imposition of penalty charges, acceleration of the loan, and referral to a collection agency.

Data Privacy

1. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
2. We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NOE Lending Corp. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Liability

1. The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on this website or the suitability of our services for your specific needs.
